  • I’ve been having Sleep Paralysis and Astral Projection for over 13 years. If you want any advice or other perspective on Astral Projection, let me know and I’ll do my best to answer your questions.

  • I got halfway. I could see out of my body but there kept on being this black figure forming at the end of my bedroom. I kept getting the vibe that it knew what I was trying to do and it seemed pretty negative. I bailed at that moment.

  • reality is simply something we are tuned in to. Our physical bodies become dead without the mind. Allow your mind to explore, and find a place of solitude. I read about people trying to astral project but are stopped from completing it because entities are trying to keep their soul from entering their realm. I overcame that in a house with a negative past simply by becoming as powerful as I could in my most restful state mentally, and exploring the deepest realms of my imagination. It pulls you away from all of this distraction and allows your spirit body to be extraordinarily strong and capable of imagining color and taste and smell. I am dabbling in the realms of other entities but I do not threaten them. Sometimes however I am almost sucked into a bad realm where dark energy exists and I have to use all of my spiritual power to escape it. Everyone will experience different sensations, which is normal. Try finding a place in a realm where you are at complete peace. For me, its in a realm with a dense jungle and I am sitting next to purple spindly flowers under a small slow flowing waterfall with rocks surrounding me and no wildlife other than me. It’s also surrounded by a huge forest and a large lake that is in the middle. In this place I can escape to any realm, and fly to any place in seconds. I explore the cosmos, its never a negative experience unless I choose to be in one. The feeling of smell and taste is all too real and my abilities are only hindered by my lack of imagination. I can now consciously dream. It’s one of the best feelings I have ever had. No, they are the best feelings I’ve ever had. No transitory pleasure can ever compare

  • dude i didnt believe in this i swear this is the first time im doing this and it took no more than a minute to start feeling it i was laying on my bed listening to this very calm with my eyes closed and deep breathing and started to feel like i was leaving my body and vibrating a little but unfortunately i couldn’t leave my body at all i felt like my arms stomach and chest were being pulled out amazing experience
