chavis white with seekers house this videos for my astral travelers out there who sometimes get stucked at certain points a certain places during the travels and uh you like to escape or get out of the situation but you said you can’t do anything about it and uh getting stuck it just happens from time to time especially if you’re just learning how to ask for travel and it’s not it’s not a big deal if you know how to deal with and how to escape from it so if you’re ever in a situation where you just don’t like it just remember this and and learn to do this is very easy to escape from the astral realm and return of the body at any moment you can always use your breath I know when you’re in the astral plane you don’t feel your body whatsoever anymore it’s just it’s a very distant concept I suppose but if you just think about it in focus on filling yourself breathe you will be able to do it and better connect you with the breath in your body and you realize that you can feel it and you know once you fill it your speed you should be able to do this pretty quickly once you feel that you can actually control it from that point it’ll be just about the only thing that you can control for your body and to get back all you have to do is cause your breath to be irregular and this will wake the body of are Carl reconnect you with their body and you will wake up and what I usually do this just works easy for me it’s easy to remember as I usually breed shallower than I normally would and about about twice the pace that I normally rebreathe so just short shallow breath very regular from how you would normally breathe during sleep which is very slow and relaxed and calm and this will trigger the mind that something is wrong or the earth control and it a snap you back to your body giving full motor control again at that point so that’s a little technique ask the travelers I would keep that in mind just try to remember it and may help you out someday get you out of a bad situation so be sure to check out the rest of the videos from seekers house on astral traveling and talk to you later..
