The Holographic Body Guided Astral Projection Training Series, narrated by Todd Acamesis. These are shortened versions of the audios used in my 9-day astral projection retreats. hello reality Explorer it’s time to expand your awareness beyond your physical body so take a few moments to get a cosmic kind of cozy and comfortable by making any final adjustments to your eye mask and body position before we begin now call in your protectors which can be a mix of your guides guardian angels spirit animals higher self and other ethereal beings who lovingly support your exploration practice by simply setting the intention to connect with them they will intuitively hear your call call them to you now with your intent hearing your call your protectors gathered to you in unconditional service as they surround you with the protective light of their love and fill the etheric space around you with protective symbols to shield you from all undesirable energies as a team some of your protectors will journey with you while others will remain behind to look after your body keeping it safe and functioning normally until you return in a moment I’ll ask you to slowly begin counting in your mind backwards starting with the number 10 after each number simply say in your mind body asleep after each number double your mental relaxation let your mind grow twice as relaxed as you do this you’ll discover by the time you just say a couple numbers it doesn’t take long that you relaxed your mind so deeply and so completely you’ve actually relaxed out all the rest of the numbers relaxation comes so quickly now say the numbers with me say them in your mind followed by saying the words body is sweet and relaxed those numbers right out of your mind here we go ten body asleep that’s good nine body is me that’s right eight body asleep now you can let those numbers grow dim and distant they’re no longer important seven body asleep and when you’re ready just push the numbers out six body asleep now push them further round just tell them to leave and they will go just let them go than begone but the numbers be gone and relax just let the numbers be gone and completely relax focusing through your minds I hold the image of a downward facing triangle winter white light at its center No with heart centered consciousness hold a strong intention to astral project as you focus your complete awareness through the center of the downward facing triangle into the point of white light like a laser focus your awareness through the center of the downward facing triangle into the point of white light focus your awareness into the white light as you continue to focus your awareness into the white light say in your mind take me into the light now feel the light drawing you in as a beam of light surround you as you’re drawn into the light create a realistic sensation of movement as you lovingly radiate your core astral projection feeling from your heart center now as you move through the center of the downward facing triangle into the white light you discover you entered a portal to another dimension of reality and in a flash you find yourself gently floating in an energy field of pure white light as you flow to the pure energy of life which surrounds you and protects you your awareness is drawn to a brightly glowing figure standing before you and you couldn’t we realize it’s a hologram human body as you move closer you notice a name badge on the holographic body reading the name badge you’re surprised to see your own name when suddenly you experience a rush of energy that feels like the wind as your consciousness is spontaneously pulled into the holographic body and instantly you sense a familiar feeling as long forgotten memories start to flood into your conscious mind the memories confirm what you’ve always faithfully believed but you have an essence inside you that survives death and precedes birth an eternal part of you that knows how to confidently navigate the inner Plains knows how to visit your home on the astral knows you can carnate it many times before no this is not your first time remembering the truth of your multi dimensional nature and knows it’s all possible with conscious astral projection with these powerful realization you know the holographic body was lovingly placed here by this inner part of you to safely practice astral projection with and to consciously access the astral planes once more now with your holographic body suits fitting like an old glove it’s time to begin your astral projection practice now within your holographic body suit let’s get familiar with the training environment the surrounding energy field of pure white light has no perceivable boundaries no set dimensions and no established surface features it’s a raw matrix of creative energies which once fully synchronized with will respond to your focused thoughts from this moment onwards we’ll refer to this space as the astral simulator which is your personal safe space for doing your astral projection practice okay let’s begin the first astral projection training exercise focusing your thoughts imagine yourself floating in a reclined position like in a hammock made of air floating in your air hammock you’ll practice making realistic physical like movement with your non physical hands arms feet and legs while repeating affirmations for the purpose of stimulating your energy body begin by visualizing in the first person perspective your holographic body glowing brightly as it begins to react to your thoughts next focus your awareness on your non physical hands focus your complete awareness on your non physical hands as you focus your complete awareness on your non physical hands make slow realistic physical like sensations by opening and closing your non physical hands while keeping your physical hands absolutely still imagine slow realistic physical like sensations of opening and closing your non physical hands while visualizing them in the first person perspective continue opening and closing in non physical hands until you hear the sound of the Bell as you continue opening and closing in non physical hands say with absolute conviction in your mind now I strengthen the connection between my mind and my energy body allow the strength of your belief to resonate deeply in your heart Center as you radiate warm waves of joy with your non physical hands now stimulated it’s time to focus your complete awareness on your non physical feet focus your complete awareness on your non physical feet as you focus your complete awareness of your non physical feet imagine creating slow realistic physical like sensations of moving your non physical feet while keeping your physical feet absolutely still imagine slow realistic physical like sensations of moving your non physical feet while visualizing them in the first person perspective continue let’s begin the next astral projection training exercise during this exercise you’ll practice visualizing a scene in your mind’s eye as you make realistic physical like movement with your holographic body while repeating affirmations for the purpose of stimulating your astral body begin by visualizing in the first person perspective your holographic body glowing brightly as it begins to react to your thoughts now the astral simulator projects the scenery of a tropical beach all around you as you float in your area next visualize yourself slowly standing up and moving away from your air helmet while holding a realistic physical like sensation of movement and your holographic body as you move away from your air hammock visualize the scenery of the tropical beach and the first person perspective to assist you the hospital simulator will play sounds to help you create a feeling of moving through the scene as the sounds play imagine the scenery of the tropical beach shifting and morphing as you hold a realistic physical like sensation of movement in your holographic as you move through the shifting and morphing scenery of the trommel imagine the feeling of actually being out of body by holding the sensation of being out of body saying with absolute conviction in mind now I strengthen the connection between my mind in my astral body allow the strength of Europe to resonate deeply in your heart center as you radiate warm waves of joy imagine the feeling out of your body right now as the scenery of the tropical beach continues to shoot now let the scenery fade away as you relax your mind let the scenery fade away in preparation for the next exercise okay let’s begin the next astral projection training exercise focusing your thoughts imagine yourself back in your air hammock floating in the pure white light of the astral simulator floating in your air hammock you’ll practice shifting your perspective from first person to third person while repeating affirmations for the purpose of stimulating your energy body begin by visualizing in the first person perspective your holographic body glowing brightly as it begins to react to your thoughts next imagine the feeling of slowly drifting a few inches into the ethers above your area make as the astral simulator projects the image of a ceiling above you for perspective now visualize the ceiling above you getting closer as you slowly drift a few feet into the ethers above your area mech as you float a few feet above your air hammock turn your perspective 180 degrees looking down at your air hammock a few feet below you as the astral simulator projects a holographic image of your human body onto the air hammock as you focus on the hologram of your human body lying on the air hammock a few feet below you say with absolute conviction in your mind now I strengthen the connection between my mind and energy body allow the strength of your belief to resonate deeply in your heart center as you radiate warm waves of joy as you feel warm waves of joy radiates from your heart center turn your perspective 180 degrees looking up at the ceiling again as you allow yourself to drift a few feet higher into the ethers drifting higher and higher visualize yourself drifting within a few inches of the ceiling as you turn your perspective 180 degrees looking down at your ear hammock again as you visualize the hologram of your human body lying on the air hammock below shift your perspective back and forth from above and below until you hear the sound of the Bell as you continue to shift your perspective between first person and third person feel warm waves of joy radiating from your heart center while holding a strong intention to astral project your protectors surround you with the protective light of their love you are safe supported and free to astral project now discontinue the exercise and relax discontinue the exercise and relax in preparation for the next exercise okay let’s begin the next astral projection training exercise during this exercise you’ll practice visualizing a scene in your mind’s eye as you make realistic physical like movement with your holographic body while repeating affirmations for the purpose of stimulating your astral body begin by visualizing in the first person perspective your holographic body glowing brightly as it begins to react to your thoughts now the astral simulator projects the scenery of a grassy meadow all around you as you float in your air hammock next visualize yourself slowly standing up and moving away from your hair hammock while holding a realistic physical like sensation of movement in your holographic body as you move away from your air hammock visualize the scenery of the grassy meadow in the first person perspective to assist you the astral simulator will place sounds to help you create a feeling of moving through the scenery as the sounds play imagine the scenery of the grassy meadow shifting and morphine as you hold a realistic physical like sensation of movement in your holographic body as you move through the shifting and morphine scenery of the grassy meadow imagine the feeling of actually being out of body while holding the sensation of being out of body say with absolute conviction in your mind now I strengthen the connection between my mind and my astral body allow the strength of your belief to resonate deeply in your heart Center as you radiate warm waves of joy imagine the feeling of being out of your body right as the scenery of the grassy meadow continues to shift and more as you imagine the feeling of being out of your body feel warm waves joy radiating from your heart center while holding a strong intention to astral project your protectors surround you with the protective light of their love they were safe supported and free to astral project now let the scenery fade away as you relax your mind let the scenery fade away in preparation for the next exercise okay let’s begin the next astral projection training exercise focus on your thoughts imagine yourself back in your air habit floating in the pure white light of the astral simulator from the comfort of your air hammock you’ll practice some astral projection induction techniques while repeating affirmations for the purpose of stimulating your energy body an astral body as you float in your air hammock the astral simulator projects a hologram of a rope hanging from a ceiling above you hanging over your chest reach out with your holographic hands and firmly grip the Rope now start climbing hand over hand up the road pull the rope to your chest with each climbing movement and vary the speed of your hand over hand movements as you climb the rope create a realistic physical like sensation of climbing higher and higher until you reach the ceiling then let go of the rope and gently float back down to your hair hammock before climbing back up the Rope again continue practicing this technique until you hear the sound of the Bell as you continue climbing the rope say with absolute conviction in your mind now I strengthen the connection between my mind and energy body allow the strength of your belief to resonate deeply in your heart Center as you radiate warm waves of joy now discontinued with the rope technique and relaxed now it’s time to take a break from your astral projection training and just allow your mind to relax just allow your mind to drift in and out of awareness as you hold the intent to experience spontaneous astral projection you you you..

  • I have been trying for 6 months for an OBE but nothing seems to work. Last night I did get to the point listening to this video where I was totally relaxed and didnt even feel my body. I was fully aware not tired and it was late at night. I have to constantly try to let go and just go with it without thinking. I do think im getting closer.

  • Todd im at a point where i freely come and go but yet i cannot move past. Its like there is everything and nothing at once. And soon there after the thought of a finite end enters and ends it all. I know im a very riddled person. But idk how else to put it into words.
