The Most Powerful Astral Projection Technique

“Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron, and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video what I’m going to be doing is a shorter version of a video that I did months ago. I did a video that was called “My Astral Projection Experience: The Most Effective Technique.” In this video what I wanted to do is to give you the most powerful technique for astral projection in a shorter video that you can apply into your nightly routine to get yourself to an ability to be able to astral project tonight.

Astral projection is easier than people try and make out sometimes. If you haven’t got results yet grab the free audiobook mastering astral projection by going back to basics and see exactly what I’m talking about.

“Now just to summarize that whole video, basically I began to look into the idea of astral projection. After a couple times of trying, it happened for me. I had an experience where I left my body. I went over, through the vents in my roof, through over the roof, and then went from the house that I was living it in the time, which I live in Las Vegas. I was able to then see from an aerial point of view all the way to a familiar location that I went to, which is a Whole Foods that was in the middle of the strip of Las Vegas. I went down into that. I hung around for a while. Then eventually I tried moving things. When I started to do that, that’s when I popped back and started to wake back up.

“I went through later that day, went back to that same Whole Foods, and saw very similar things that I saw in that experience. Now you can go to that video to get more detail on it. I go more in depth on it, but that’s just the general idea of it. The effect or the technique that I use is what is called the rope technique. What I want to impact to you today is understanding the power of before you go to bed every single night.

“Now when we go to bed at night, what we are doing is we are shifting from a what is called a beta state, to an alpha state, to a theta state, to a delta state. Now, as we do that, we are having more ability to go deeper within ourselves. If we learn how to stay awake for the process of us going to sleep, what we can then begin to do is actually have an experience, instead of falling asleep, to actually get ourselves to a state of astral projection.

“Now a lot of times there might be an inclination to fall asleep. Now part of this is becoming aware of the whole process of going to sleep. What I want to give you is the process and the technique that you can use to get yourself to stay aware as you fall asleep, and also to tap more into the idea of having that visceral-type experience rather than it being just something that’s so unrelatable.

“Now first off, what I suggest for this whole process is making it an easy way for you to believe that you can actually astral project. I’ve helped a lot of people understand more about astral projection. When it comes to this understanding, some people have a belief that it is something to be afraid of, that the whole idea of astral projection is something that has a little fear-based mentality in it. Begin to see it more so than you getting out of your body. See it more of you going deeper within yourself.

“When you start to view yourself as more of consciousness versus having to think that you are leaving your body and going to some distant place, you start to understand more of what’s really happening. You are going deeper within yourself. You start to realize that who you are is deeper than just this one physical experience. When you have that point of view, it then becomes harder for you to actually experience the negative side effects of it, the negative beliefs about it of it being some scary what if you can’t find your body, and all of these things. Realize that it is easy to astral project. Realize it’s just a matter of shifting the focus. When we start to come at it from this point of view, it starts to get easier for it to actually happen.

“The part of this video that is going to be the technique is understanding the rope technique. It’s one of the most common techniques that people use. To do this, all we simply have to do is lay down in our bed. What we can do is start to bring the awareness into our body. This allows us to start to become more present, take some of the energy out of the head, and then bring it into a more present state.

“What we can then focus on is the visualization process. Now visualization starts to become more powerful when we get to the deeper levels of brain wave activity. Closing our eyes, then we start to automatically go from a beta to an alpha state. Then the power is to visualize ourself pulling ourselves up a rope. Visualize yourself laying down on the bed. What you can begin to do is, over and over again, visualize yourself starting to pull up on this rope. Now you don’t actually have to do the hand motions, but what you can do is close your eye…

that people use and to do this all we simply have to do is lay down in our bed and what we can do is start to bring the awareness into our body this allows us to start to become more present take some visualize yourself laying down on the bed and what you can begin to do is over and over again visualize yourself starting to pull up on this rope now you don’t actually have to do the hand motions but what you can do is close your eyes and visualize you sitting up what that would feel like not just the visual image of it visualize the feeling of it make it visceral the more you focus on it the more likely you’ll start to feel it so just stay focused on feeling than sensation of grabbing your hands and grabbing the rope with your hands and moving up and as you do that over and over again you will start to actually start to feel it as if it were actually happening and a lot of times the brain doesn’t know the difference between what it imagines and what is happening and the more you do it the easier it gets so simply start to feel that as if you are pulling up that and one of the next parts of this process is then having the feeling of looking down at yourself as you switch that perspective now some people in this will feel what is like a sensation like a pop in sensation but just realize that if you keep on feeling that sensation of doing the rope without actually moving you can then eventually choose to keep switching the perspective from being in your body on the lane on the bed to then switch the perspective of you actually looking over yourself now what this allows you to do is to begin to switch your focus from that perspective to the other perspective remember that we’re just switching perspectives this doesn’t have to be something that’s unrelatable or so far outside of us live in our body we’re just shifting the perspective as we begin to continue to do that over and over again just simply know that you are going to retain your awareness as you make that transition do it over and over again and as you begin to do that eventually you will have an experience you may have to do this a couple nights in a row and you might find that that you fall asleep a couple times or a couple nights in a row simply have the intention that you will do it that you will remember the process of it you will remember the shift that you make as you do it you will have that awareness and as you continue to get tired and more tired and more tired have the intention of remaining aware of that whole process and the more you do it the easier it gets but this is the most powerful technique that I have found for astral projection it’s one of the most common ones that people use and all you simply have to do is focus on feeling the sensation of pulling up on that rope switching the perspective of then looking down at yourself have the intention every night as you go to bed that you’re going to do it or you don’t have to be going to bed you could be just taking a nap through the middle of the day whatever it is realize the more important realize that the more you try doing it the more you shift the perspective remember to make it a feeling process more than just the idea of an intellectual mentalism type thing and we’ll get easier and easier so with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel free to like this video if you liked it share it you found it a value and as always I will see you guys the next vid please much love and namaste alright ..

  • This is very interesting. I have never attempted to Astral project before. Your exercise reminds me of something I used to do as a kid. I always had trouble falling asleep so would I would do when I was bored was I would Visualize a ball hitting my face over and over. And eventually it would “hit” me and I would jump. No idea why I did it. I just thought it was entertaining to make myself feel something that isn’t in front of me. Cheers. Thanks for the information brother.

  • Good stuff, the feeling you get from meditation is definitely like a drug and you high as hell of the earth. That’s wussup.

  • Rope technique has never worked for me since I can’t visualize. What I do is be aware of how I breathe, it doesn’t matter how you breathe just pay attention that you are breathing and then your head will start to chatter. Listen to your internal chatter as well talking to it while letting it know that you are headed out so it can operate the body for you but remember to keep paying attention to your breathing and then later your body starts to feel heavy after that you start hearing a certain frequency that grows louder then you start sleep paralysis so you feel tingly. Let the paralysis take hold and don’t fight it(you probably will fight it because it’s an overwhelming feeling and you end up losing the paralysis to fall asleep), bam you no longer feel anything and you are floating on top of your body.

  • I tried doing this last night, first time doing it, and I made it all the way to the vibration stage!

But for whatever freaking reason I had Sonic the Hedgehog stuck in my head, and when I was in the vibration stage, everything I visualized seemed like I could actually see it.

So I got distracted from keeping up with the rope method and instead just thought of Sonic running as he usually does, as it looked like I could see it for real.

This caused me to fall out of focus, eventually causing me to fail.

But I had a dream about Sonic the Hedgehog after that so, profit?

Also I wanna see if I think of something else during vibration stage I’ll have a dream about it, leading to a new possible dream incubation method.
